Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Max Bauer, Lazy Ass Tools, Franz-Xaver-Neun-Str. 13, 84347 Pfarrkirchen, Germany, email: [email protected], by an unequivocal statement of your decision. You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We generally use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that a digital service begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part supplied before withdrawal where the statutory requirements are demonstrably met. The current purchase flow goes directly to Stripe Checkout without an additional MerchKern confirmation screen and does not collect a separate early-performance declaration. We therefore do not automatically treat the use of one credit as a complete loss of the withdrawal right or as a fixed refund deduction. Technically failed outputs and restored reservations do not count as credit use.
Digital content and early performance
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire when performance begins if you expressly consented to early performance, acknowledged the loss of that right and received a contract confirmation.
For an ongoing digital service, early performance does not automatically extinguish the right immediately. The current purchase flow records the purchase confirmed through Stripe but no separate early-performance declaration. The classification of subscriptions, credits and generated files will be legally approved before B2C production.
